Any unregistered user, a natural person or legal entity, that uses the Website.
User (Customer or Specialist)
A natural person or legal entity, who has passed the registration procedure. In these Terms of Service the "Specialist" includes both verified and unverified users.
Login
The user's nickname chosen during the registration procedure that allows a person to log in to the Website. It's forbidden to register and use multiple logins by the same user.
Password
A combination of characters created by the user. The password coupled with the login allows user to access the Website and be identified by the Platform.
Specialist
The user, who has passed the registration procedure and who has placed a product on the Website in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Unverified Specialist
The user who hasn't passed the verification procedure referred in the Article 4.4 yet.
Verified Specialist
The user who has passed the verification procedure referred in the Article 4.4.
A Product
Excursions, bus tours, services and offers placed on the Website by Specialists and addressed to interested Customers
Rating
Text and graphic images describing the experience and competence of a Specialist in a particular category of services.
Private information
Information of an individual nature. It's a private field and it's not available for public use.
Virtual account
The user account on the Website to accumulate conditional units.
Bonus Savings
Conventional units on a virtual account allowing users to replenish, save, transfer and acquire operations under the general rules.
Promo code
A code assigned by the Company to a registered user with reference to his account and to his virtual account
Time zone
Local time. For all dates and time mentioned on the Website the time zone of the supplier is authoritative.

1. General Conditions
- 1.1. GuideEvent (Website) provides a Platform to search for and book tourist services (guides, couriers, photographers and etc).
- 1.2. The Website is not a travel agent and is not responsible for providing excursions and other tourist services, but restricting itself to providing the necessary information to assist users in the selection of all the offered services. All tourist services are provided by independent Specialists (guides, couriers, photographers and etc), who are not employees of Guide Event or its affiliates.
- 1.3. Registered User (Customer or Specialist) may be located in any city or region of the world.
- 1.4. Any further use of the Website means that the user have read and understood these Terms Of Service and agreed to be bound by all its parts.
- 1.5. The Company may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Amendments enter into force immediately after the publication of the updated version.
- 1.6. Signing up to the Website Specialists confirm that they have read and understood these Terms of Service and the rules listed in the articles 2.1-2.15 and they agree to comply.
- 1.7. Customers using this Website confirm that they have read and understood these Terms of Service and the rules listed in the articles 3.1-3.12 and they agree to comply.

2. Status User - Specialist
- 2.1. The registration of a Specialist on the Website is free of charge. During registration the user sends electronic registration form with personal data. The user confirms reliability of the information provided in his account and in any other posted materials. Natural individuals must be over the age of 18 in order to register or they should be of legal age in their jurisdiction (if it is not 18 years old). The creation of more than one user account for the same natural individual or legal entity is not permitted.
- 2.2 Approval and verification of the Specialist's account takes fr om 1 to 15 business days and is mandatory.
- 2.3 The Specialist account cannot be transferred to any other natural individuals or legal entity.
- 2.4 Any further use of the Website means that the Specialist has read and understood these Terms Of Service and agrees to be bound by all its parts.
- 2.5 The Specialist is obliged not to post his contact information (contact phone, email, Skype and other data) in the text, images and other information objects, except for those previously agreed.
- 2.6 The Specialist agrees that he will not share anything which he does not have the permission or right to share, he will not use and upload the content of other websites without the written permission of the copyright holder.
- 2.7 When posting information authored by another person, Specialist has to indicate that person in accordance with the terms of copyright.
- 2.8 The Specialist is obliged to provide the proposed services within the specified time (date, time, place) in compliance with all the criteria specified by him.
- 2.9 The Specialist agrees to the Terms of Service:
· Arrival at the meeting point 15 min before the start
· The start of the excursion not earlier than the specified time (waiting time for latecomers is 5 min)
· The presence in the group of third parties regardless of religious, social and other characteristics (group service)
· Compliance with simple rules of mutual respect
- 2.10 All data on paid services are reflected in the Personal Dashboard of the Specialist. These statistics are equivalent to the report sent upon written request to the email address specified during registration.
- 2.11 Cancellation of the provided services is possible only if there is no booking confirmation up to 4 hours before notified time of the service
- 2.12 Payments for the provided services are based on the report using all available payment methods provided by this payment system, taking into account all cancellations.
- 2.13 The Specialist agrees not to disrupt the Website by posting information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, using programs not determined by the functional content of the information resource and in other ways.
- 2.14 In case of negative feedback on the quality of the provided services, the Website Administrator may lower the rating of the Specialist, or partially or completely block the Specialist.
- 2.15 The Specialist can edit his account data at any time. The user can delete an account by sending a message to: support@guideevent.com. The site may store certain information about the user in accordance with the requirements of the law or for legitimate business purposes.
3. Status User - Customer
- 3.1. The registration of a Customer on the Website is free of charge. During registration the user sends electronic registration form with personal data. The user confirms reliability of the information provided in his account and in any other posted materials. Natural individuals must be over the age of 18 in order to register or they should be of legal age in their jurisdiction (if it is not 18 years old). The creation of more than one user account for the same natural individual or legal entity is not permitted.

- 3.5. Full payment is required upon booking. The Customer choosing the service provided by the Specialist, makes full payment, thereby confirming the instant booking.
- 3.6. Payment for services is possible using all available payment methods provided by this payment system- credit cards Visa, MasterCard, etc. Bonus units (if any exists on the user's virtual account) may be used for payment.
- 3.7 The Specialist agrees to the Terms of Service:
· Arrival at the meeting point 15 min before the start
· Solely responsibility for arriving at the notified meeting point
· The presence in the group of third parties regardless of religious, social and other characteristics (group service)
· Compliance with simple rules of mutual respect
The Customer is fully responsible for any violation of these conditions.
- 3.8 The Customer may cancel the service up to 3 hours before notified time of the service. In this case the cost of the service will be fully refunded. In case of cancellation less than 3 hour before the start of the service: no refund.
- 3.9 All additional expenses (tickets, audio headphones and etc ) are not refundable. Booking an excursion (a service), the Customer agrees that they are non-refundable.
- 3.10 The Customer can comment on the materials of other users and increase the rating of Specialists or their materials.
- 3.11 The Customer agrees not to disrupt the Website by posting information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, using programs not determined by the functional content of the information resource and in other ways.
- 3.12 The Specialist can edit his account data at any time. The user can delete an account by sending a message to: support@guideevent.com. The site may store certain information about the user in accordance with the requirements of the law or for legitimate business purposes.
4. Status Administrator
- 4.1 The Administrator can create promotional codes discretionary. These codes can be added to the virtual account balance. The Administrator can grant any benefit associated with the services in accordance with any additional condition that the Company sets regarding promotional codes.
- 4.2 The Website administrator has the right to remove user-generated materials at any time, without warning and notification, if there is a reason to believe that their placement violates the rights of other users, third parties, or legal law, or for any other reason.
- 4.3 The Website Administrator has the right to block the user from uploading or creating materials (articles, comments, etc.), restrict access to information posted by the user, block or delete the user account, in case he violates these Terms of Service.

- 5.2 Payment made on the Website is immediate and confirms the instant booking of a service. The operation is confirmed by a document sent to the email address specified in the account personal data.
- 5.3 The Company reserves the right to change the price quotations of services depending on geographic and time specific or particular conditions. The user bear the full liability for made transaction regardless of his knowledge.
- 5.4 The Company has the right to provide certain users with promotional offers, promo codes and discounts that may affect the final price quotation of the product.
- 5.5 Cancellation of the booked services is allowed up to 3 hours before notified time of the service. In this case the cost of the service will be fully refunded. All additional expenses (tickets, audio headphones and etc ) are not refundable. Booking an excursion (a service), the Customer agrees that they are non-refundable.

- 5.6 The tips/gratuities are voluntary rewards and they are not included in the prices.
- 5.7 Deleting an account without prior regularization of the balance entails a complete loss of all conventional units on the balance. The user can delete an account by sending a message to: support@guideevent.com. The site may store certain information about the user in accordance with the requirements of the law or for legitimate business purposes.
- 5.8 Payment processing and a payment schedule are established and implemented according to the schedule time. The Company reserves the right to modify and amend all payments and cash outflows. The change notifications are sent to Users.
- 5.9 Upon an individual request all payments to the User can be made at any time, taking into account all reimbursement operations.
- 5.10 Refunds confirmed by the Company are effected within 1 - 15 business days to an available and registered payment account.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- 6.1 The Company disclaims any representations or warranties express, implied or statutory, not explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In addition, the Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability or availability of services. The company does not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or capabilities of specialists. The user agrees with the possible risks associated with the use of services to the maximum extent that is required by applicable law.
- 6.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, unforeseen, actual, punitive or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, personal injury or property damage related to the services or otherwise caused by the use of the services. The Company is not liable for any loss, liability or damage resulting from: use of the services or users actions in relation to the services, or your inability to access or use the services; or any transaction or relationship between you and any contractor, even if the company was warned of the possibility of such losses.
- 6.3 The company is not liable for any delay in the service delivery or for the inability to provide services for reasons that are beyond the reasonable control of the company. You acknowledge that The Specialists providing the services requested by certain firms may not have professional license or permit.
